About This Project

The building houses all the services of the Technical Chamber of Greece/Section of Central Macedonia (TEE/TKM) and is located at 51 M. Alexandrou Street.
The bodies of the project were D.T.Y.N.A.TH. and TEE/TKM, and the project cost amounted to 6,100,000.00 Euro.
Our company constructed the TEE/TMM building in Thessaloniki, which was constructed according to a study selected after an international competition and is a special and perhaps unique building, in terms of its construction.
The building was mounted on stakes at a depth of 40m and circumferentially a diaphragm wall with 0.80m thick at a depth of 22.0m was constructed.
Its main feature is the fact that its construction is unique and rarely implemented. The columns were first made up to the roof; then the plate and beams of the roof and then the floor beams with special hinges were hung from the roof plates. (First on the second floor and then on the first floor).
